The hotel was overall a pleasant stay with some minor issues. The rooms, while a bit small, were quiet, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was a mix of pleasant and rude encounters. The location was convenient by the freeway, but cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The dining options were good but slightly pricey. Overall, a decent value for the money.

Although the rooms weren't quite up to the usual Hilton standards I've experienced, my stay was still pleasant at this hotel. The rooms, while a bit small for the price, were well equipped and plenty spacious for my needs. I particularly liked the open closet that was well organized. The service was amazing; the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant, clearly focused on providing travelers with a satisfying experience. The location, while hilly and treacherous in bad weather, was perfect for getting around the area. As for dining, it was very good but came at an extra cost of $16 per person, not included in our rate. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although nicely decorated with a comfortable King size bed and beautiful bathroom, felt crowded with limited space to move around. Unfortunately, I discovered an unused condom package under the bed which was unsettling. The proximity to the elevator also meant dealing with constant noise, but the staff's pleasant and accommodating service helped balance things out.
